Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or changed for ANY REASON unless there's an error on our end!

We are NOT responsible if you enter the incorrect address at checkout!

If your order is returned back to us you will receive a refund for the merchandise ONLY! Shipping was already paid for when we created a label and order was shipped out! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address, forgot your apartment number or was not home to receive/sign for your package !!!

If there is an issue with your order you have 24 hours from the time it was delivered to reach out with picture proof and your order number.

If your order was marked DELIVERED according to the tracking, and you did not receive please contact your local post office or ask your mailman. We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages.

We are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions! This includes lash glue!
