What is your return policy?
All sales are final But we offer 7-Day Free Return and Exchange if you receive the wrong items. To request a return, please email us at Deegoddesspalace@gmail.com with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and unopened. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.
How do I get wholesale prices?
All our products are sold at wholesale pricing.
Do I need a business license to shop with you guys?
No. We sell our products at wholesale pricing to everyone. However, all orders will be processed with state-mandated sales tax.
When will i receive my order?
We process all wholesale orders within 7-10 business days while private label orders 2-3 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via the shipping option you choose at checkout and come with a tracking number. To ensure delivery of your package, shipped orders over $1000 will ship "signature required".
Do you guys make custom cosmetics?
Yes. We do accept customization. Your Satisfaction is our Priority.
Do you guys have any minimums?
Yes We do have minimums of 50pcs.
Why was my order canceled?
Unfortunately, our third-party insurance company cancels orders that they deem to be high-risk. Several reasons may cause this, however, we are unaware of why. If your order was canceled, you will see a refund back to your account in 3-10 business days.
Tracking says that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping carrier option you choose at checkout (USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL) or visit their website to file a claim.
My package was delivered back to you guys. What should I do?

Why is the color slightly different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?
We use 100% natural and organic ingredients with no chemicals at ALL. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ slightly from batch to batch.
What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?
We advise you read the ingredients carefully. Some people can have coconut, avocado, etc allergies. We recommend discontinue use immediately in the event that you do have an allergic reaction.
How come the tracking number isn’t working?
If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.
How do I update/try to make a change to my order?
Please contact us through our contact form within 1 hour of purchase because we process orders fast and once its already in processing state we are unable to change any details.
